The files did come through eventually, but it took way longer than I was expecting. Not sure what happened, but the wait was a bit frustrating.

I got my scans back in about the time I expected, maybe even a little sooner. Overall, they handled my negatives just fine.

I've used them twice now and both orders came back totally fine, which at this point feels like a small miracle. The updates were clear enough, though one time they were a bit slow and I definitely started acting like my package had vanished into another dimension. It showed up fine, of course. I'd use them again

The resolution options are fine overall, and I was able to pick what I needed. I just wish there was a bit more detail explaining what each setting actually does. It’s not bad, but the app could use a clearer description for an scan quality choices.

The shipping process was more annoying than it should’ve been. I get that delays can happen, but I’d really appreciate clearer updates and some accountability when things don’t go smoothly

I just got my scans back and I’m happy with how the colors came out. They were really close to what I was hoping for, and the skin tones looked great without being too warm. One roll had a slight green tint, but it was super easy to tweak, so no big deal. Overall, really pleased with the results!

In the end, I did manage to place my order, but getting there was way more annoying than it should’ve been. The checkout kept freezing on me, and I had to keep refreshing and trying again. It made the whole ordering process feel like a mess.

Checkout on mobile felt kind of clunky, haha. It took a little more effort than I expected to get through it.

I got my prints back faster than I expected, which was definitely a plus because I was kind of excited to see how they turned out. Some of the photos actually looked really nice, especially the ones with brighter colors, and those came out close to what I had in mind. But a few of the prints looked a little dull to me, and the details seemed kind of soft, like they weren’t as sharp or clean as the original images. They’re not bad by any means, and I’ll still use them, but I was hoping the overall quality would be a bit more consistent.

For what I paid, I think it’s only fair to expect a little more care and responsibility with someone’s film. It didn’t feel like the kind of handling that builds trust, and it definitely made me think twice about sending anything in again

I tried it out, but I just didn’t feel like I got enough for what I paid. The pricing seemed a bit high compared to what came back, and that part didn’t really stand out to me either. Maybe it makes sense for some people or if you’re using it for that one thing, but for me it just felt like I was paying more than it was worth. I probably wouldn’t use it again.
